Thank you for shopping with E C Engraving. We proudly ship our products Australia-wide.

Processing Times

As many of our products are custom-made and personalised, processing times vary depending on the product and order volume.

  • Standard production time: 2–7 business days
  • Large, bulk or complex orders may take longer.
  • If additional time is required, we will contact you.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size and weight.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • NSW: 1–3 business days
  • Interstate Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
  • Regional & Remote Areas: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, peak periods, public holidays or courier delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

E C Engraving is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • The packaging.
  • The product.
  • Any visible damage.

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Authority to Leave

If you request Authority to Leave (ATL), the parcel may be left at your nominated address without a signature. Once the parcel has been delivered according to the courier’s records, E C Engraving is not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery.

Delays

While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, weather events or circumstances outside our control.
