E C Engraving – Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to E C Engraving. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by E C Engraving. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Custom & Personalised Products
Most of our products are custom-made to your specifications. It is your responsibility to ensure all names, dates, spelling, artwork, measurements and design details are correct before approving your order.
Once artwork or proofs have been approved and production has commenced, changes may not be possible.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or quoted before payment.
4. Payment
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Production Times
Production times vary depending on the product and order volume. Estimated completion times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
6. Shipping
We ship Australia wide.
Once your order has been handed to the courier or postal service, E C Engraving is not responsible for delivery delays outside our control. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
7. Refunds & Returns
As all personalised products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or customer-approved artwork.
If we have made an error, or your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement or other appropriate remedy where required.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Customer Artwork
By submitting artwork, logos, images or designs, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have permission from the copyright owner.
E C Engraving accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement arising from artwork supplied by customers.
9. Colour & Material Variations
Wood, acrylic and other natural materials may vary in colour, grain and texture. Minor variations between the finished product and online images are normal and are not considered defects.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, E C Engraving’s liability is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the affected product where required under Australian Consumer Law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, photographs, product images, website content and branding created by E C Engraving remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Privacy
Customer information is collected only for processing orders and providing customer service. We do not sell or share your personal information except where required to fulfil your order or by law.
